Billing questions
Anyone who creates or edits a question, metric, board or alert. If someone only opens what others have built, they are a viewer and they are free.
Nothing is charged automatically. The workspace drops to the Starter plan and stays there until someone adds a card. Your data and saved questions are untouched.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you have already paid for.
Yearly billing is 20% cheaper. Registered non-profits and educational institutions get 50% off any plan — get in touch with proof of status.
